Nabawi Habits

A landing page on living the Prophet Muhammad's way: heart, body, and mind

A single-page site, built for the Festida Unida Gontor 2024 landing page competition, that walks through the Prophet Muhammad's habits for a healthy heart, body, and mind. Each tip is paired with the hadith or Qur'an verse it comes from.

Festida, the festival at Universitas Darussalam Gontor, ran a landing page design competition. We built Nabawi Habits: a single page on living the way the Prophet Muhammad did, for a healthy heart, body, and mind, with every tip paired with the hadith or Qur'an verse it comes from.

Why this topic

The brief was open: design a landing page. We picked a topic that felt close to us, and one that fit the organizers, an Islamic university.

What it does

Heart

Habits for a healthy heart, with their sources.

Body

Habits for a healthy body, with their sources.

Mind

Habits for a healthy mind, with their sources.

My part

I built most of the frontend, in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and owned how the page moves and feels: the interactions, the animations, and the UX.

The piece I'm proudest of is a section that switches between day and night. I worked it out on my own, before AI tools were part of how I build.

The day and night switch: the night's habits for sleep give way to the day's.
